Arbitration Services
Greg has been arbitrating cases since 2024, both privately and as a member of the Clark County Washington Superior Court arbitrator panel. He has arbitrated a wide variety of matters ranging from personal injury, employment, teacher discipline, contract and partnership disputes, and consumer protection. He charges $375.00 per hour for private party arbitrations, or the current arbitrator panelist rate paid through the county and state via that program.
Meeting Space
Mr. Ferguson is available to arbitrate cases remotely using video link or in person. Conference rooms are available when arbitrations are held at his office space located in downtown Vancouver, Washington.
