Greg Ferguson is the principal at the Law Offices of Gregory D. Ferguson / Ferguson Mediation & Arbitration located in Vancouver, Washington. During his first three decades in practice, Greg litigated and tried to verdict a wide variety of civil cases in the areas of employment, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, personal injury, open government and public records, civil rights/excessive force, and commercial and business disputes.


He began mediating in early 2022 having completed training through the King County Dispute Resolution Center (2020) and certification through the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine Caruso School of Law (2021). He has arbitrated cases since 2023. Greg is the ‘mediator/neutral’ representative on the WSBA Labor & Employment executive committee. In addition to mediation and arbitration, Greg also provides employment law advice to small and medium sized businesses throughout Southwest Washington. 


Greg, his wife Elizabeth, and their dogs Brody and Diego, share time between Vancouver, Washington, and their vacation home in the Columbia River Gorge east of White Salmon. They are avid fly fishers and wine enthusiasts and enjoy backpacking and hiking Mount Adams and Mount Rainier. Greg has been an avid surfer since his pre-law school days living in Honolulu, Hawaii and continues to surf the frigid waters off the Oregon coast. He also occasionally performs stand-up comedy.
